You do have a great list of recommended books there but I am slightly unsure about the last book….. “An excellent overview of basic Christian beliefs, each topic dealt with fully,( this is true) and written in plain language.(I sure didn’t think so the first year i was attempting to read this systematic) Great resource.”
One I might think is better than Desiring God - is his Pleasure of God, a great read - but my all time Piper favorite is Gods passion for His Glory. (Piper/Edwards) and amazing book.

OK, I was Love in the Time of Cholera (couldn’t italicize) by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Yikes! I feel so exposed.

I am not such a big fan of this quiz. I was Siddhartha?!! What the crud? How is this possible? I am sure my college religions professor would find this very interesting. Also I would like to see more pictures of your dear little one (I look everyday at your picture page and on your blog to see if there are updates…I know my life isn’t so interesting) and some cute stories about her emerging personality might be good (I would even settle for mommy thoughts about life and the realities of having a child). I miss you dear Katie! I wish we could have one of our old time chats. The ideal for me though would be to be able to go the pool with you and bob about as we talk about our inner thoughts. Oh I miss those sweet times!!
